The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in works of a similar nature and size. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature in the last 5 years, with a value of at least 1/3rd of the respective value of work. The annual financial turnover amount should be at least 67% of the DNIT value in any one year. The value and percentage of similar works completed are: * 1/3rd of the respective value of work * 67% of the DNIT value, in any one year, as the annual financial turnover amount * 40% of the estimated quantity of major items * 90% of the contract value, with a completion rate * 25% of the DNIT value, for unemployed Graduate/Diploma Engineers, as the minimum annual financial turnover. Additionally, specific roles and their required experience are: - Project Manager: B.E. Civil + 3 to 5 Years Exp. - Site Engineer: B.E. Civil + 1 Years Exp. Or Diploma in Civil Engg + 3 years Exp - Plant Engineer: B.E. Mech. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Mech. + 5 years Exp. - Quantity Surveyor: B.E. Civil. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Civil. + 5 years Exp. - Soil & Material Engineer: B.E. Civil. + 1 years Exp. Or Dip. Civil. + 5 years Exp. The bidder should have completed a single similar work/quantity executed in a particular year and should provide a certificate from the Engineer-in-charge for the similar works completed.
