The required prior work experience for the bidder includes general construction experience and specific construction and contract management experience. For general construction experience, the bidder should have experience of substantial completion of at least one similar work of value not less than 125.80 Lakhs in the role of prime contractor in the last five financial years. The substantial completion is based on 90% or more works completed under the contract of similar work. For specific construction and contract management experience, the bidder should have a minimum construction experience in specific key activities, including: * Successful completion of 26 MT of steel reinforcement in one or more contracts in any one year of the last five years. * Successful completion of minimum 94 Rm depth of pile in one or more contracts/projects in any one year of the last five years. * Successful completion of 354 cum of RCC work in one or more contracts/projects in any year of the last five years. * Successful completion of 2276 cum of earthwork in excavation, earthwork in filling in embankment/subgrade in one or more contracts/projects for road construction work in any one year of the last five years. The value of similar works completed should be updated to the price level of the financial year 2025-26 at a rate of 5% per year. The bidder should also have an average annual construction turnover of at least Rs. 157.25 Lakhs in at least two of the last five financial years. The percentage of similar works completed is 90% or more, which is considered as substantial completion. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion of similar works, defined as "Construction of one RCC/PSC Girder Bridge with Pile/well foundation in a contract of value not less than Rs 125.80 Lakh across channel/river in a road project." The bidder's available bid capacity for construction work should be equal to or more than the total bid value of the work. The total certified payment of at least Rupees One hundred Fifty Seven lakhs Twenty Five thousand is also required, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress and completed within the last five financial years. The bidder should provide information on similar contracts, including contract identification, award date, completion date, role in contract, total contract amount, and percentage participation in the total contract amount.
