Additionally, the bidder should have completed works of a similar nature in the last five years. The value of similar work should be at least 1/3rd (one third) of the respective value of work, which translates to 33.33% of the contract value. The bidder should have also executed a minimum quantity of major items of work, with details of the year, name of work, name of employer, and quantity of work performed, which should be at least 40% of the estimated quantity. Furthermore, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of value not less than 1/3 (one third) of the DNIT value, with a completion rate of not less than 90% of the contract value.
