The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 5 years. The specific requirements are: i) Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender OR ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender OR iii) One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The estimated cost put to tender is approximately Rs. 3,48,80,504.00. For building work, the bidder should have completed: - For seven to ten storeys buildings: minimum one building of five storeys or completing balance construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to five storey. - For more than ten storey buildings: minimum one building of eight storey or completing balance construction work of one building (including structural work) minimum up to eight storey. In case the work involves construction of two or more basements, the bidder should have executed one similar work with a minimum of one basement under one agreement. The bidder should possess valid licenses for executing electrical and other allied works, and should have executed similar electrical works under Govt./Semi Govt./PSU for a minimum amount of 40% of electrification works. The value of executed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual executed value of work at a simple interest rate of 7% per annum. The bidder should have an average annual financial turnover amount of 50% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. The total monetary value of construction work performed during each of the last five years should be provided. The quantities of work executed as prime contractor or as a nominated sub-contractor will be considered. The bidder's experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 5 years should be in the same name and style. The bidder should have total monetary value of construction work performed during each of the last five years.
