Additionally, the bidder should have completed works of a similar nature, with a value of at least 1/3 (one third) of the contract value, which is equivalent to 33.33% of the contract value. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual financial turnover of 67% of the DNIT value in any one year and completed at least one similar work with a completion rate of not less than 90% of the contract value. The quantities of works are specified as 40% of the estimated quantity of major items.
