The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing similar works within the last 07 years. The specific requirements are: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, the tenderer must have completed similar works for each component, with the same percentage values applying to each component's advertised value. Additionally, for the bidder's available bid capacity calculation, the bidder needs to furnish details of the maximum value of construction works executed and payment received in any one of the previous three financial years or the current financial year. The available bid capacity should be more than or equal to the estimated cost of the work put to tender. The subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years, except for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh where no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required.
