Visit the BidAssist website with the help of your desktop or mobile.

Click on "Click here to Login" at the right side of the page.

Enter the Login ID alongwith the password and captcha text provided to log in successfully.

Step 2: Search the Assam tender oppurtunities by entering related keyword, e.g. Assam e-tender or etenders in Assam, etc.

To find and download the details of all the active Assam e-tenders type the name or category of the tender in the search box. This will enable us to know about all the active eProcurement Assam tenders.

Step 3: Follow the e-tender

1. How to find for tender of a particular organization?

Go to the search tab on the bottom of the page; enter the organization name and then click on search. It will list all the active tenders for the selected organization.

2. Whether the Technical and Financial Document are encrypted and Stored?

The Documents that are uploaded in the Other Important Documents (OID) are digitally signed which means that all the documents including the technical and financial documents are encrypted and safely stored using the PKI technology. They remain in the encrypted format till the bid opening date and cannot be accessed by anyone till then.

3. How to view / download Tender documents without logging in?

Click on the Latest Active Tenders and search the tender you are looking for. Click on view button and then on the tender documents to download the same. It will now ask you for the user name and password. You can also use the guest account and click on any of the active tenders to download the required documents.However, it is advised to login to the system and download the tender documents because in that case corrigendum/addendum if published will be automatically mailed to you.
