The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 7 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, or (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The definition of similar work is 'Execution of P.Way work on running line.' For substantially completed work, the total gross amount already paid, including the price variation (if paid), as mentioned in the certificate, shall be considered as the cost of substantially completed work, which should be 90% of the present contract value. The overall cost, including the price variation (if paid), of the completed work or substantially completed work, shall be considered for evaluating technical credentials. In case of completed work, the value of the final bill, including the price variation (if paid), shall be considered as the completion cost of work. If the final bill is pending, only the total gross amount already paid, including the price variation (if paid), shall be considered as the completion cost of work. The bidder must also have a minimum average annual contractual turnover of 'V/N' or 'V', whichever is less, where 'V' equals the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees and 'N' equals the number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. Newly formed partnership firms can consider the credentials of individual partners from previous proprietary firms or dissolved previous partnership firms or split previous partnership firms to the extent of their share in the previous entity on the date of dissolution/split and their share in the newly formed partnership firm. For example, a partner with a 30% share in the previous entity and a 20% share in the present partnership firm will have their credentials considered to the extent of 0.3*0.2*value of the work done in the previous entity. The value of similar works completed is considered, including the amount and percentage, such as 90% of the present contract value for substantially completed work.
