Supplying and laying of 50mm dia(outer) CPVC pipes SDR 13.5 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings and jointed with CPVC solvent cement as in trenches including taking down/out old unserviceable pipe of any description complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: The rate includes for cutting chases on wall/floor as required at site and necessary saddle/fixing arrangements of pipe)

Supplying and laying of 25mm dia(outer) CPVC pipes SDR 13.5 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings and jointed with CPVC solvent cement as in trenches including taking down/out old unserviceable pipe of any description complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: The rate includes for cutting chases on wall/floor as required at site and necessary saddle/fixing arrangements of pipe)

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete including removing from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair Digital water level indicator with 05 levels suitable for OH tank with LED display unit and sensor including copper tinned wire for connections complete all as specified and directed. (Make: Sinetrac or equivalent)

S & F in repair steel wire rope, size 3mm dia any length, with rust free galvanised coating for water level indicator for OH Tank including connecting up to level marking complete all as specified

M&L for testing the Raw/Treated water and submit following test report from Govt. Approved Lab and its Physical, Chemical and Biological analysis report to know the quality of drinking water in every three month or as and when required as directed including the followings :- (a) Collection of 09 Nos of samples of raw water and 09 Nos of samples of treated water from each location as detailed under (New Pump House, NCE’s Pump house, KV Pump House No-1, RS Pump House, Tech Pump House, Nala Post pump house, Arjan Pump House and KV pump house No-II, IMTRAT pump house) as directed. (b) Submit/depost the all samples at the nearest Govt approved test lab. The test for the following parameters has to be carried out:- (i) Turbidity (ii) PH Level (iii) TDS (iv) Colour (v) Alkalinity (vi) Hardness (vii) Iron (viii) Chloride (ix) Chlorine (x) fluoride (xi) Nitrate (xii) Copper (xiii) Colliform (xiv) Feacel Colliform (c) Submit the test report duly signed by appropriate authority. (Note: Cost for collection of samples, test tube/flask and trasportation to LAB deemed to be included in the unit rate).

Supply and fix in repair PVC insulated, sheathed, flat stranded copper conductor of 4 Sqmm, 3 core, water proof submersible cable complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 18mm thick, partical board, one side laminated with aluminium channel at all around the board and mounting the same on wall with necessary brackets, screws etc for fixing the drawings / Charts all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M & L for pasting flexboard on partical board dully print of single line diagram of HT and LT cables / Installation details / equipment details /installation notice boards /shoke treatment charts etc in multi colour all as specified and all as directed Note: (i ) Rough drawing /Details ( Hard copy) of equipment and plant shall be given by Department. The contractor has to develop the same with legends/ signs as per the standards on computer in multicolour and same get it approved from Engineer in charge . (ii) Installation / equipment details including the details of all equipments in plant like switch gear units, pumps, compressor and valves, contractor has to develop the drawing in multi colour using proper legends as per standards

M& L for surface excavation at E/M installations and store yards not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out soft / loose soil, removing the shrubs, small trees height up to 1.0 Mtrs, grass etc from route as directed by Engg in Charge. Note : (i) Rate includes removing all waste material and grass not excceding 50 m distance from installation, depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point and cleaning of yard complete all as specified and directed by EIC. (ii) Rate includes for cleaning the surroundings of the same installations at an interval of three months or as directed.

S & F in repair factory made non-magnetic genius melamine smooth & clear surface, white board of size as required at site with aluminium channel at all sides including two numbers of regular erasable marker pens and one duster with necessary fixing arrangments to fix on wall in E/M installations complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

S & F in repair pin-up board factory made of size as required at site with aluminium channel at all sides with necessary fixing arrangments to fix on wall / stand in E/M installations complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 500mm x 500mm x 500mm(internal dimension) one brick thick wall in CM 1:4 on 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) internally, externally up to 15cm below GL, providing valve pit cover made out of 3mm thick MS sheet duly welded with provision of hinges, handle and locking arrangement including 40 x 40 x 5mm angle iron frame fixed on top of valve pit by means of hold fast 150mm long, embedded in PCC block 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) of size 230 X 200 X 100mm, applying two coats of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer after preparation of steel & iron surfaces including necessary excavation & earth work in soft/loose soil and demolition of existing one complete as specified and directed all as per relevant TD drawing. (Note : Drawing not attached with the tender document. However, the same can be seen in GE/AGE E/M office during working hours)

All as per serial item No. 18 above but of size 900 mmx900mm x900 mm (Internal) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connection and testing, 90mm outer dia 3- layer PP-R Polypropylene random copo-lymer) pipes SDR 7.4 & PN16 stablised and antimi-crobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches including taking out/down old unserviceable pipe any type complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 80 mm bore, ductile iron pipe (K-7), socket and spigot end as per IS:8329 with internal cement mortar linning and external bitumen coating for potable water supply with rubber ring joints including cost of rubber rings as per IS:5382 (1985), giving satisfactory hydraulic field testing and commissioning as per technical specification etc laid in trenches including taking out/down old unserviceable pipe any type complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. (Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective items in this schedule).

All as per serial item No. 24 above but for 100 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed

All as per serial item No. 24 above but for 150 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed

M & L for ductile iron fittings for spigot and socketed pipe, such as Bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch. "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and pigot) collars, caps and plugs etc upto 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting of road/hard standing/plinth protection/path for laying of pipe line of any size including removing of debries and making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed by Engg in charge.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for CPVC ball valve, 50mm dia(outer) suitable for CPVC pipe including all fittings and taking down old unseviceable ball valve complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 30 above but for 40mm dia(outer) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 30 above but for 25mm dia(outer) complete all as specified and directed. Note: An amount of Rs. 137300.00 on account of credit schedule for schedule 'A' part - II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
