Provn of Marconite Earthing Pits at 273 SU M&L in repair Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8mm dia, 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, fixing and brazing in repair of Earth continuity conductor with adequate size insulator fixed to wall on batten or recess or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32mm x 6mm copper strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Installation of Advance conductive compound based chemical compound technology with upgraded high tensile low carbon steel rod as per UL 467 and as per BS 7430 with copper Coating 250 microns. Earthing system confirming to IS:3034. The ROD should 17.2 mm &3 Meter length with rod to tape clamp, CR 125 (type A) additional protection of the terminal. Chemical compound should be The highly Conductive Compound as per BSEN 50164-7 with 25kg each bag & resistivity should be 0.05 ohm meter. The job includes digging the pit and refilling the same by fursecem Back Fill Compound (Ground Enhancer), the BFC should be eco friendly it should not contain environmentally hazardous material/metal having mixed with 3:1 cement, a conductive concrete is formed. The earth pit should provided with a light weight inspection pit cover PT-205 for protection and safeguard of terminals. In areas where soil condition is bad. Good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing furse CEM, a convenient and permanent solution by adding with 3:1 ration chemical compound with the earth electrode is the main component of the earthing system which is in direct contact with the ground and thus provides a mean of releasing or collecting earth leakage currents. The material should have good electrical conductivity and anti corrosion property in wide range of soil conditions. Make : ABB, Furse CEM as per RB 336. Each earth pit should contain:- a.) 1 No. copper bonded high tensile low carbon steel, 17.2 mm dia, 3 meter length. b.) Rod to tape clamp (type A). c.) 25kg chemical compound as per BSEN 50164-7. d.) Light weight inspection pit cover with 5000kg weight load capacity. Note : Supply and installation need to be done ABB dia and inner pipe 41.9 mm, 3 mtr long inside filled with crystalline conductive mixture (CCM) having non corrosive and conductive properties complete with two bag of Black filled compound (Electrodite) mixed with soil all around the earth pipe for smooth charge dissipation complete with bricks wall earth pit of size 450 x 450 mm with RCC pit cover. Make : Ashlok Model No : ASEEL – 39-ZC Note* : (i) Copper Strip 32 x 6 mm upto 7.5 mtr from earth plate and protection pipe 40 mm dia shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Earth result shall be jointly recorded. (iii) Earth result shall be forwarded to Engr-in-Charge for record after completion of earthing. Note : Supply and installation need to be done ABB authorized system intrigrator, SATCOM.

S&F earth result marker board of MS sheet 3.15 mm thick with suitable size of MS flat of 20 X 6mm thick and 1.2 mtr long and 1 mtr above ground level after proper grouting in ground with suitable PCC work and painting with suitable colour all as specified and directed.
