Supply and spreading of sawdust and fine sand (screened) mixed in equal parts i.e 1:1 by bulk over butt with minimum depth of 90 cm in slope and finished complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rolled Mild Steel Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 06 above but except steel complete ditto. (Note: Old serviceable steel as obtained from item No. 05 above shall be re-used)

S & F in repair Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-straining and re-securing of Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings including making good staples etc complete all as specified and as directed. (each line wire to be measured)

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed

Straightening and Fixing only old serviceable chain link fencing as obtained from serial item No. 10 above including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed

S & F Mild steel screw bolts of 11 to 15 mm diameter of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm and n exc 10cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair concertina coil fencing with punching tap concertina coil 960mm dia 13 mtres openable length having 53 Nos rounds per 6 metres length, single coil, fixed on wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped with horizontal reinforced barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing, stud tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or GI barbed wire tied to angle iron complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: (i) Weight of concertina coil shall be ascertain by a BOO to be convened by Accepting Officer (ii) Barbed wire shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items here-in-before)

All as per serial item No. 15 above but fixing only in repair of any dia complete all as directed. (Note: Old serviceable loosed concertina coil shall be refixed at site after taking down complete)

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zine chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 40mm dia, double walled corrugated(DWC) HDPE duct pipe for cable protection, conforming to IS, of approved colour with fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out/down unserviceable UG cable from trenches/walls/poles etc.of any size after disconnecting the same, including bricks, GI pipes etc of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for disconnecting burnt end or portion of UG Cable, removing the cable from loop including necessary excavation and earth work, relaying and reconnecting the cable by removing burnt portion of cable and preparing fresh terminal for cable of cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core to 95 Sqmm 3.5 core of LT cable to pole, main switch, LT Panel etc complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for straight through joints (epoxy) cable jointing kit including jointing materials for making joints of UG electric cable 1100 volt grade heavy duty with PVC/XLPE insulated aluminium conductor, nominal cross sectional area 16 to 35 sqmm 3.5/4.0 core and testing complete all as specefied and directed.

M&L for straight through joints (epoxy) cable jointing kit including jointing materials for making joints of UG electric cable 1100 volt grade heavy duty with PVC/XLPE insulated aluminium conductor nominal cross sectional area 50 to 70 sq mm. 3.5 core and testing complete all as specefied and directed.

M&L for straight through joints (epoxy) cable jointing kit including jointing materials for making joints of UG electric cable 1100 volt grade heavy duty with PVC/XLPE insulated aluminium conductor nominal cross sectional area 95 to120 sq mm. 3.5 core and testing complete all as specefied and directed.

S&F Busbar Chamber suitable size for set of 04 aluminium busbar 400 Amps rating, supported with suitable size as per direction, each of heavy duty porceline stand, lock with suitable size of brass nut, bolts and washer with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving. The bus bar shall be colour coded (red, yellow and blue) for three phases and black for neutral, The Chamber shall be fixed 60cm above the normal ground level, complete with PCC foundation (1:2:4 ) type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately)

All as per serial item No. 35 above but for 35 Sqmm 3.5 core cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately)

(1:2:4) type B-I cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar), including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (light grade), wire mesh, aluminium lugs, complete in all respect, GI earth wire protected by 15 mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected with main switch board or Earthing test point as directed, including necessary earth work and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and necessary testing on completion inclduing taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for boring of horizontally holes by manual method under road below 1 metre from the road surface and dia of hole not exc 100mm without damaging the exsting road, getting out and disposal of excavated soil, etc to a distance not exc. 50 meter from the site of work complete all as directed by Engineer in charge. M & L for cable route indicator made out of CI, 15 cm dia disc shaped with embossed letter (LT Cable), fixed to MS angle iron 40 x 40 x 5mm and 1 Mtr long embeded in ground with 25 x 250 x 200mm PCC 1:3:6, type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP 31, 9 m complete with mild steel base plate and finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers and screws as per IS 2713 (Part II) 1980 made out of mild steel tubing including two coats of aluminium paint 1st quality over a coat of red oxide primer and alternate painting with black & white strips of 30cm each externally from ground level up to 1.5 mtr with synthetic enamel paint over aluminium paint and marking pole No / MES SL on pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair astronomical time switch in existing street light timer panel for switching on /off lights and other electric devices according to the Sunrise & sunset time based on the entered location or location coordinates complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Legrand, Model No AlphaRex3 D21 astro, 1 channel or equivalent)

Restraining and tightening of ACSR conductor of any size and type maintaining standared sag including providing aluminium binding wire, jumpers on LT over head lines with jumper clip complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Pole to pole shortest distance including all conductor and earth wire shall be measured and paid. No extra payment shall be made to the Contractor for sag and jumper etc. However burnt /damaged jumpers shall be replaced by the contractor of appropriate size without any extra cost).

Cutting/Trimming of tree branches, n.exc 30cm girth around the overhead conductor, poles & stays (not less than 3 metre) to clear the approach of overhead lines and disposed off from site beyond 50m and upto a total distance of 250m complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L porcelain, vitreous white or brown shackle type insulator including galalvanized mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts 550 volts grade 50mm height 65mm dia and 9mm dia bolt size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 50mm height, 65mm dia for 550 volts grade complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cleaning grass/weeds/plant by scrapping soil in order to make free ground from all sort of vegetation and hand packing by carefully and thown away the distance from MRS yard and destroyed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & spray chemical for prevention of growth of weed and grass in Sub Station and other areas as directed with spray gun as per the manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directied. (Make -GLYCEL 41% S.L or equivalent as approved by Engr-In- Charge)

S&F in repair information / direction sign board of size 90cm x 60 cm made out of 3mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) fully covered with white/green/blue (as required) Rectro Reflective sheeting of approved brand, Crystal grade using pressure sensitive adhesive and a Retro Reflective cut out border and massages in the sensitive adhesive and covered in aluminium border of required size; fixed on 20mm square bar pipe frame supported and 40 mm stainless steel coated pipe on double leg of 2.4 m above ground level( embedded minimum 450 mm below ground level in & including plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, size 300 mm x 300mm x 450mm) fixed with MS Clamps 02 Nos made out of MS FI 50 mm x 6mm thick bent to shape to hold MS post of any description fixed with and including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Words to be written on board shall be as directed by Engg in charge)

S & F in repairs first aid box at E/M installations to keep the first aid items i.e regular use medicine, a tube of burnol, bandage, one small scissors, cotton etc, the box made out with GI sheet of 18 gauge of size 30cm x 25cm x 20 cm, openable at front side with help of hinge at one side and locking arrangement at another side, the same shall be painted with "FIRST AID" with red paint and whole box shall be fixed on wall at height not less than 2mtr complete all as directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted surface above the planting depth/PCC coping of steel tubular LT pole upto 11.00 metre long including MS clamps, cable protection pipe, bracket fitted with steet light fittings etc by scraping with steel wire brush and applying two coats of aluminium paint to external surface of poles, MS cross arms, MS clamp, cable protection pipe etc to give even shade including Zebra colour of painting upto 2.1 m height from the top of coping/bottom of pole as per site condition and numbering of poles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Zebra colour shall be applied by synthetic enamel paint of black/yellow colour as approved in alternate layer of 30 cm height of each layer). Note: An amount of Rs. 79350.00 on account of credit schedule for schedule 'A' part - II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
