Materials and Labour for concealed type point wiring with 1.50 Sq. mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade, single core, laid in and including PVC conduit complete with all fittings and accessories, fixed to walls/ceiling, including mild steel terminal boxes 1.25 mm thick conforming to IS-5133 (Part-I) with 3.0 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover (ISI Marked) for mounting modular type switches/ regulator /bell push etc and including 1.50 Sq. mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade, single core, earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, for one light point /bell point/ ceiling fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one way switch complete all as specified and directed. (NOTES: - (i) Where tube light fitting is to be fitted/suspended, CI Circular boxes shall be provided with the PVC Pipes in the ceiling & the unit rate shall be deemed to be included for the same. (ii) Cost of cutting chases for concealed wiring shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates. No claim in this regard shall be entertained at a later stage) (a) One light point or one fan point controlled by one switch

All as per item No 4 but using 2.50 sqmm (noninal area) FRLSH insulated and unsheathed muld stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade,single core,laid in and including PVC conduit complete with all fittings and accessories, fixed to walls/celling including muld steel terminal boxes 1.25 mm thick conforming to IS - 5133(Part -I) with 3.0 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover (ISI Marked ) for mounting switches/ regulator / bell push etc including 2.50 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade,single core, earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, for one light point / bell point/ ceiling fan / exhaust fan point cotrolled by one way switch complete all as specified and directed. (NOTES: - (i) Where tube light fitting is to be fitted/suspended, CI Circular boxes shall be provided with the PVC Pipes in the ceiling & the unit rate shall be deemed to be included for the same. Supply and fix modular Switch 1 way 6 A, 1 module complete all as specified and directed. Make: Legrand or equivalent make as per particular specification.

Supply and fix modular fan step regulator, 120 watt, 2 module complete all as specified and directed. Make: Legrand or equivalent make as per particular specification.

Supply and fix ceiling rose, 3 terminal PVC insulated body complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair clamp with buckle for hanging ceiling fan including nut and bolts complete set all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 100 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (light grade) with all fittings, fixed complete to wall / ceiling or laid in floor incl taking down of old unserviceable GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cost of painting is included in quoted rates.

Supply and fix GI tubing medium grade of size 15 mm dia incl painting and making hole for extention of fan hook in high roof ceiling complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of painting is included in quoted rates.

Supply and fix Switch piano,flush type single pole , one way 15 Amp complete all as specified and directed. Make: Legrand or equivalent make as per particular specification.

Supply and fix Switch socket outlet 2 in 1 , 3 pin, 5 and 15 Amp flush type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI tubing medium grade of size 15 mm dia with all fittings such as tees elbows nipples union socket complete laid in floors wall ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix bib taps, fancy type chromium plated cast copper ally with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix stop valves,fancy type chromium plated screwed pressure, with long shunk and cup crutch of butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Chromium plated brass connecting pipe of size 15 mm dia 600 mm long with brass coupling and union at both ends heavy duty suitable for fix on 15 mm dia GI pipe with washer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sub main wiring with 2 run of FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 4.0 sqmm alongwith one run of FRLSH PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 4.0 sqmm as earth continuity conductor drawn through & including PVC conduit of suitable size in Surface/concealed complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Taking down of old submain wiring is included in quoted rates.

S&F in repair metal clad single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amp,240 Volt,complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Sheet metal enclosure for MCB DB double door 240V single pole & Neutral 8 way with common bus bar complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs MCB 'C' series single pole 5 to 32 Amps, breaking capacity 10KA complete all as specified and as directed. Cat No. 408587, Make: Legrand or equivalent of L&T/Havells
