Supply and fix BLDC ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep with class F copper insulation for winding ,canopy, fan blades and accessories, BEE 5 Star Rated and connecting up including provision of PVC insulated, sheathed round flexible wire with multi stranded copper conductor of size 0.50 sqmm , 3 core, 1100 Volts grade, from ceiling rose / connector to fan complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells(Model:Efficiencia NEO BLDC,SKU Code-FHCNF5SWHT56)/Atomberg (Model:EFFICIO)/Crompton(Model:Riviera) or equivalent make specified in tender Note:- (for Ser Iterm No 1.00 & 2.00) Contractor will submitted warantee certificate to Engineer-in-Charge and responsibel to tie-up with agencies/ concern company for rectifying complaint during warantee period/ dedefect liability period which is applicable.

Supply and fix water heater storage type BEE 5 star rated of capacity 25 litre,power rating of 2000 Watt, Maximum water temperature 75 degree,rated pressure 0.8Mpa having glass enamelled coating inside tank (Minimum thickness 0.2mm) and mild steel tank of thickness minimum 1.8mm after taking out old unsv geysers as directed by Engr-in-Charge, Make: Havells (Model No-BIANCA 25L)/Jaguar (Model No ERICA MANUAL 25LTR)/CROMPTON (MODEL NO-Solarium Qube IOT).or equivalent make specified in tender Note: Contractor has to submit untertaking on their letter pad alongwith Minimum 7 years warranty on Tank, 4 years warranty on Heating Element,2 years warranty on others components from OEM.
