The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Three completed works each costing not less than Rs 124.48 Lac * Two completed works each costing not less than Rs 165.97 Lac * One completed work costing not less than Rs 207.46 Lac These values are inclusive of GST. The bidder must have experience in "Electrical Works" and similar nature of work, defined as Construction of New "plant /non-plant building/ residential building/ commercial complex/ Control rooms/ Administrative Building/ Hospital/ Institutional Building". No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder's experience in similar nature of work can be considered if they have worked as a sub-contractor to a main contractor, and they submit a certificate from the end user/owner/consultant of the owner acting as EIC stating that the main contractor has intimated them about the engagement of sub-contracting or have been allowed/permitted as a subcontractor. For sub-contractors, the bidder is required to provide information on the sub-contractor's experience, including: * Particulars of similar work executed in the hydrocarbon industry, including the total value of each work. * Particulars of similar work executed in the last 7 years, including the total value of each work. * Percentage of the total value of the sub-contract that the sub-contractor has successfully executed similar work. Specifically, the bidder is required to provide the following information: * Total value of each similar work executed by the sub-contractor. * Percentage of the total value of the sub-contract that the sub-contractor has successfully executed similar work. * Whether the highest value of any such work exceeds 80% of the total value of the proposed sub-contract. The bidder's prior work experience is evaluated based on the work orders submitted. The work value is calculated as per the percentage share of the bidder in the Joint Venture (JV) / Consortium / Joint bidding agreement. The bidder's experience is counted only for the portion of the job executed by them, as specified in the JV/consortium/joint bidder agreement.
