The bidder is required to have prior work experience of completing works of a similar nature, specifically in General Civil works or civil/structural works or building works. The experience criteria can be fulfilled by submitting documents for: - Three completed works each costing not less than Rs 76.97 Lac - Two completed works each costing not less than Rs 102.62 Lac - One completed work costing not less than Rs 128.28 Lac The values mentioned are inclusive of GST. For sub-contractors, the highest value of any similar work should not exceed 80% of the total value of the proposed sub-contract. The bidder needs to submit copies of work orders and completion certificates with the tender, and the executed value of the work, excluding services taxes/GST, needs to be mentioned in the completion certificate or certified bill. The bidder should have completed similar work orders for similar type of jobs during any of the last seven years.
