Co-Treatment of Faecal Sludge in the functional STPs of West Bengal: Documentaries would be of 5 minutes duration with provision of using different segments of varying lengths for diverse audiences on different occasions of preferred time duration, 15 Sec, 30 Sec, 1 Minute and Documentary as a whole. The output specifications of the Documentary Films Visual and Audio quality would be 4K and 5.1 digital surround sound (preferred sample rate 48 kHz, sample size 24 bites) along with [another copy] HD quality Visual and Stereo sound. Visual (Movie including drone videography & Still photograph), 2D and 3D animation template, Voice over, Byte, Interview of specialized & responsible persons, Foley, Location sound, Background music, Textual component etc. as per satisfaction of WBSPMG. Documentary will be bilingual, with versions in English and Bengali, and subtitles in Bengali and English respectively, inclusive of all taxes complete, up to the satisfaction of the Program Director, WBSPMG.
