The bidder is required to have prior work experience of similar nature over the last seven years. The experience required is under a Central/State Govt. Department and its Undertakings. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender, or should have satisfactorily completed at least two similar works of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, or should have satisfactorily completed at least three similar works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The actual value of such similar executed works shall be increased at a simple rate of 7% per annum to bring the same to the current costing level. The bidder is also required to provide year-wise details of work performed as a prime contractor, including project name, name of the employer, description of work, contract number, value of contract, date of issue of work order, stipulated period of completion, actual date of completion, cost of work after completion of contract, and remarks explaining reasons for delay and work completed. Additionally, the bidder should have solvency of the minimum amount equal to 40% of the Estimated Cost of the work. The bidder is also required to attach certificates from the Engineer-in-charge for the similar works completed. For Electrical works, the bidder should be registered for Electrical works Category class "C" & above in Uttarakhand Peyjal Nigam and is experienced to execute such work. For specialized work of fire fighting, the Bidder should either have self experience of Fire Fighting work in any government work or the bidder will submit the MOU with any manufacturer/ authorized dealers/ registered agency preferred brands as mentioned in the bid document for its execution. The bidder is required to provide annual turnover data for the last five years, with the turnover value specified in Rupees (in Lacs). The evaluation criteria include the quality of works, personnel and establishment, and plant and equipment, with a total of 100 marks and minimum qualifying marks of 60 overall, with a minimum of 50% qualifying marks in each individual item.
