The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in 'similar construction contracts' as a contractor for at least 5 years prior to the bid submission deadline. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of Rs. 334.99 Lakh (80% of the work cost) or at least two similar works of value not less than Rs. 209.37 Lakh (50% of the work cost) within the last 60 months. Specifically, the required prior work experience includes: - Civil works, with a minimum of 505 cubic meters of cement concrete, 213 cubic meters of brick works, 48720 kg of steel works, 2247 cubic meters of earth works, 2246 square meters of centering and shuttering works, 717 square meters of tiling/flooring works, and 2871 square meters of plastering works. The bidder should also have executed similar electrical works for a minimum amount of Rs. 23.36 Lakh in any one of the last 5 financial years in a single job. For subcontractors, they should have an experience in any one year within the last 3 years of execution of similar item of construction to an extent of 50% of the quantity proposed to be executed as a subcontract. Additionally, the bidder should have experience in executing similar works, with specific roles requiring: - Project Engineer: 5 years of total work experience, with 3 years of relevant work experience - Site Engineer (Civil): 5 years of total work experience, with 3 years of relevant work experience - Site Engineer (Electrical): 5 years of total work experience, with 3 years of relevant work experience A weightage of 5% per year is applied to bring previous years' financial turnover and similar work experience cost to the price level of the current financial year. All pending litigation should not represent more than 50% of the Bidder’s net worth.
