The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in executing similar construction contracts as a prime contractor for at least the last 5 years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work of Rs. 344.52 Lakh (80% of the work cost) or at least two similar works of value not less than Rs. 215.33 Lakh (50% of the work cost) within the last 60 months. The bidder should also have executed minimum quantities of certain works, including 697 cubic meters of cement concrete, 288 cubic meters of brick works, 65357 quintal of steel works, 1630 cubic meters of earth works, 3248 square meters of centering and shuttering works, 1209 square meters of tiling/flooring works, and 4052 square meters of plastering works. For electrical works, the bidder should possess a valid electrical license or have entered into a collaboration/tie-up arrangement with a license holder. The bidder should have experience in executing works such as cement concrete, brick work, steel reinforcement, earthworks, centering and shuttering, tiling/floring work, and plastering works. The bidder should provide information on the value of contracts for similar works completed and the percentage of work completed, with a certificate to be issued by a competent authority. The bidder (or its sub-contractor) should have executed similar electrical works for a minimum amount of Rs. 22.00 Lakh in any one of the last 5 financial years in a single job. Specifically, the required prior work experience includes: - Project Engineer: 5 years of total work experience with 3 years of relevant work experience - Site Engineer (Civil): 5 years of total work experience with 3 years of relevant work experience - Site Engineer (Electrical): 5 years of total work experience with 3 years of relevant work experience The value and percentage of similar works completed include: - Rs. 344.52 Lakh (80% of the work cost) for one similar work - Rs. 215.33 Lakh (50% of the work cost) for at least two similar works - Rs. 22.00 Lakh for similar electrical works in any one of the last 5 financial years in a single job.
