Northern Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed certain categories of work(s) during the last 07 years. The required prior work experience includes: a) Three similar works costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, b) Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, c) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The work should be similar to "ANY CIVIL WORK OTHER THAN TRACK WORK". The considered work experience certificates are from government organizations or public listed companies with an average annual turnover of Rs. 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years. The required details in the work experience certificate include name of work, name of agency, contract agreement detail, date of completion, completed cost of work, nature of firm, and PAN/GSTIN. For public listed companies, additional documents such as work order, bill of quantities, bill-wise details of payment received, TDS certificates, and a copy of the final/last bill paid by the company are required.
