The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works, each of Rs. 2.32 Cr (minimum 25% of estimated cost of work) - Two similar works, each of Rs. 3.25 Cr (minimum 35% of estimated cost of work) - A single work of Rs. 4.65 Cr (minimum 50% of estimated cost of work) The bidder should have completed at least 90% of the contract value for these similar works. Additionally, the bidder needs to provide information on the total value of Civil Engineering construction and/or maintenance works performed in the last three years, with a breakdown of the value for each year. The bidder also needs to calculate the average value of work performed per year. The bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years, with certificates from the concerned officer of the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent or higher employed in Govt./ Govt. undertaking. The required experience also includes: - Total value of Civil Engineering construction and/or maintenance works performed in the last three years - Average value per year - Work performed as prime contractor/JV partner Values and percentages mentioned include: - Rs. 2.32 Cr (minimum 25% of estimated cost of work) - Rs. 3.25 Cr (minimum 35% of estimated cost of work) - Rs. 4.65 Cr (minimum 50% of estimated cost of work) - 90% of the contract value for similar works - 5% of Contract Price for insurance - 1% of the value of work corresponding to the updated programme for delays in submission - 0.1 percent of the remaining value of contract to be executed for liquidated damages - 10 percent of the Initial Contract Price for maximum limit of liquidated damages.
