Design, Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT weather proof Panel board (1200mm x 1200mm x 500mm) CPRI approved outdoor type, floor mounted, factory made suitable for 415 volt, 3 PH, 4 wire, 50 HZ, AC supply system having closed bus bars chamber with aluminium bus bars duly insulated by insulation of RYB colour 400 Amps rating mounted on porcelain insulators, having indicator lamp RYB, selector switches and internal wiring. The panels shall be factory made, double door, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet totally enclosed dust, vermin and rust proof front operated conforming to IS 8623, front and rear opening with locking arrangement fixed with MS angle iron frame of size 50X50X5 mm duly embedded in PCC foundation height not less than 0.60 mtr above ground level and 0.30 mtr below ground level. Totally type tested panel as per the latest standard IEC 61439 complete all as directed including internal wiring with multistranded copper conductor cable of suitable size including lugs and cable gland to incoming and outgoing cable. The panel should have bus bar clearance of 25mm for ph to ph and 19mm for ph to neutral. Zero stray voltage doors and panels, polyster glass support for insulation. The cable alleys should be 300mm wide and it should be fitted with hinged door that open up to and angle of 95 deg. The provision of cable entry should be from bottom. The IP protection of panel should be IP-42 for external and IP2X for internal with 3B as form of sepration. Panel should be suitable for sesimic zone V. The panel should be equiped with suitable size of CT and display meter for VAF measurement all as directed at site and comprising of the following: (a) Aluminium bus bar capacity 300 Amp for Ph.
