M&L for feeder pillar bus bar box made outof CRCA sheet CPRI approved of size 1000(L)x750(H)x550(W) mm of outdoor type, double door, both side openable, locking arrangement, kiosk type, powder coated, 3.15mm thick MS sheet water proof hinged, having 4 Nos insulated aluminium bus bar of 1400 Amp duly colour coded mounted on porcelain/polymar insulator, with provn of 05 Nos outgoings holes, LED indicator (RYB), 04 Nos, holes in bottom for incoming and outgoing cables with suitable size of cable gland and mild steel stand for mounting of panel board made of angle iron of size 756 mm X 75 mm X 6 mm, 1.3 metre high (650mm below ground level and 650mm above ground) along with necessary cement concrete for grouting of panel stand and connecting the panel with earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Notes :- The rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be inclusive of following works
(a) Aluminium lugs 400 Sqmm for existing incoming and outgoing cable connection.
(b) Aluminium busbar suitable to carry 1400 Amps load, 800 mm long.
(c) PCC Foundation 1:3:6 using 20 mm agrigate. (2x1.8x1.6x.6=3.46 Cum)
(d) Transportation from factory to work site at Roorkee.
(e) Contractor shall submitt drawing of LT Panel board for approval of GE before placing order/fabrication.

Material & Labour for LT Panel board outdoor type with angle iron frame, free standing, floor mounted, weather proof kiosk type, working on 440V 3-phase, 50 Hz, AC supply. It shall be dust-proof and vermin proof with canopy on top, 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure, 04 Nos insulated aluminium bas bar 200 Amps rating fixed on insulators, separate compartement for MCCB's, mild steel stand for mounting of panel board made of angle iron of size 75 mm X 75 mm X 6 mm, 1.3 metre high (650mm below ground level and 650mm above ground)painted as per the 7-tank process and painted for outdoor, IP-55 protection installation, as per specification and comprising of the following items :- (a) Incomer : MCCB 4 Pole, 100A, breaking capacity 35/36 kA, Adjustable overload 40-100% (b) Outgoing feeders : (i) 4 Pole MCCB 40 A, 16kA - 4 Nos, Thermal magnetic release and overload 80-100% (for all 4 incoming TPN DB)
(c) PCC Foundation 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded aggregate. (2x1x0.45x.6=0.54 Cum)
(d) Transportation fron factory to work site at Roorkee.
(e) Amp merter 0-400Amps, volts meter 0-500Votls for incomming MCCB , Phase indicator (RYB) and selector switchs complete with CT's and wiring of the panel all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (f) Contractor shall submitt drawing of LT Panel board for approval of GE before placing order/fabrication. Notes :- The rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be inclusive of following works
(a) Disconnecting all cables from existing outdoor LT Panel feeding MDC including excavation for taking out UG cables.
(b) Making cable connection of all disconnected cables in new outdoor LT Panel with suitable size Aluminium Lugs.
(c) Dressing of existing outdoor LT Panel and levelling of soil after removing MDC cables with the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
