Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel works in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting, 2.0mm thick, with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires of 4.0mm dia, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: BOO shall be convened by Garrison Engineer to obtain weight of chain link in Kg per Sqm.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II : BOQ OF WORKS FOR E/M WORKS.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth and getting out, in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm, any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 Cm before laying and 15 Cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 Cm thick, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

Replacement of old unserviceable/ damaged LT XLPE cable with new XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross-sectional area 16.0 Sqmm, 4.0-core, laid in trenches or passing through pipes, including suitable lugs and accessories for making connections at both ends, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning fully automatic organic waste composite machine with waste convertor/ separator, electric operated, having waste process capacity of comprising system of total processing capacity 200 Kg per day in 24 Hrs, micro-organisms-based composting, input materials segregated organic (Bio-degradable) waste and output materials as dry organic compost, automatic shut down after completion of cycle of processing including conveyor ladder of mild steel for feeding comfort, comprising with following ancillaries and equipment/ parts: (i) Total power rating- 12 KW, 3-Phase, 440 Volts, 50 Hz. (ii) Housing- stainless steel (iii) Dimensions- 8’-0’’x4’-0’’x5’-6’’ (in feet). (iv) Main motor- 3.0 HP, 1440 RPM. (v) Shredder’s motor- 2.0 HP, 1440 RPM. (vi) Blower motor- 0.50 HP. (vii) Heating System- Fibre glass Heating jacket (Heating Pad). (viii) Shredder Blade- Hot dipped galvanised (zinc coated) high carbon steel. (ix) Shaft- Stainless steel high-quality for superior quality mixing. (x) Control panel- Sensor based, pre wired with copper wire/ copper bus-bars and required Switchgears (design/ drawing shall pre-approved by Garrison Engineer). Note: Cost of All required design, AUX materials required for installation at site including panels, cabling from main supply point to control panel, fabrication, erection, foundation for machine and panel shall be deemed included in quoted rate. However main electric supply up to control panel shall be paid and measured separately under respective items of BOQ.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning fully automatic medical waste incinerator (Oil-Fired) machine having high efficiency dual chambered (primary and secondary), combustion fan, automatic temperature control, 4.0 mtrs high mild steel chimney including digital control panel, capacity not than 30 Kg per Hrs including solid state temperatures controller with digital display, operating system sensors, switches, indicators and high grade thermal insulation, control panel for fuel discharge system , air regulations/ ventilations system, comprising with following ancillaries and equipment/ parts: Primary and Secondary chambers: (i) Mode of heating- Oil Fired. (ii) Feeding- Manual. (iii) Material of construction- Mild steel sheet 5.0mm thick. (iv) Ignition and inside temperature- Automatic and minimum 900 Degree Centigrade. (v) Temperature control- Automatic. (vi) Temperature sensor- Thermocouple, Cr/ AI. (vii) Air regulation system- Provided. (viii) Final finish and Outer body temperature- Heat Resistance Paint and Not more than 45 45 Degree Centigrade. (ix) Inside insulation- IS: 8-1994, High alumina refractory lining and insulation with insulation bricks conforming IS: 2042-2006. (x) Combustion fan- made with mild steel with direct drive and centrifugal type. (xi) Gas resistance timing- Not greater than 2.0 second. (xii) Control panel- Made of powder coated mild steel sheet 3.15mm thick, digital type, sensor based, pre wired with copper wire/ copper bus-bars and required Switchgears (design/ drawing shall pre-approved by Garrison Engineer). Note: Cost of All required design, AUX materials required for installation at site including panels, cabling from main supply point to control panel, fabrication, erection, foundation for machine and panel shall be deemed included in quoted rate. Sub class ‘B’ bricks, modular size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning for mechanical protection of cable, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified and directed.
