The bidder is required to have experience in Smart metering infrastructures, specifically in executing or integrating at least 30% of meters with RF/Cellular technology. The meters should be of different makes and installed in any Discom/State Govt/Central Govt/PSU in smart metering infrastructure. Additionally, the bidder should have experience as an Advanced Metering Infrastructure Service Provider (AMISP) or have a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with an AMISP. No specific amount is mentioned for the prior work experience. The bidder should also submit details of work completed and under progress in MES, but no specific percentage or amount is mentioned for similar works completed.
