Supply of Radar Type level Guage with Complete System/ accessories etc for one 1400 MT capacity LPG Horton Spheres , of type Model RTG-3960/RTG5900S or latest version equivalent of Emerson Rosemount (Sweden) Make or ENRAF Make (Model 873 SMART) or latest equivalent or any other equivalent Model & Make suitable for proposed service. The gauge should be complete with Remote Display Unit (RDU), System hub, parallel display at pump house and other accessories suitable for measuring and transmitting level to a remote location & inventory management. The supply of gauge should also include supply of Pressure Transmitter & RTD which can be interfaced with Radar Gauge for display of Pressure & Temperature alongwith level. RTD to be installed at the outlet pipe of horton sphere having existing provision of nozzle with thermowell.The gauge should be duly inspected by PDIL/EIL/BVIS / Lloyds or any other TPI Agency as approved by IOCL . The gauge shall be Top mounting type. It will give the local readout display at pump house and also in PC at control room of LPG BP Pattikalan . Reading at control room shall be shared for SAP for auto-posting . The rates shall be inclusive of all taxes & duties, levies, octroi, transit insurance if any, excise/custom duty and clearance, Packing, Forwarding, Transportation & unloading charges. The vendor’s scope of supply for each Horton Sphere (pressure vessel) shall include complete accessories/ancillaries/ software required for complete Radar Gauge Level but not limited to detail as following : (a) Radar Tank Level Gauge, Model RTG 3960 /RTG5900S of SAAB Sweden make or latest equivalent model & Make suitable for Horton Sphere. Each gauge shall include i) Transmitter head with integrated, ii)Junction Box– JB,cable glands,cable tie etc iii)4” Cone Antenna, iv)Isolation Ball Valve/built in v) SS( stainless steel) Still well pipe suitable for radar gauge installation vi) flange of class 300 for radar gauge Vii) All necessary sockets /distance piece with Tee Branch/ Spiral Wound gaskets suitable for LPG application. Junction Box, Glands, stud & Bolts, Fabricated Stands for Junction Box, all complete. (b) Remote display unit Model RDU 40/2230 or equivalent (c) Display in Pump house (d) Communication Unit as required to system for transmitting signals .The above level gauge system shall be complete with electronic measuring system, isolation valve. The vendor shall provide and install all required mounting and supporting structure for the erection of various instruments/ accessories. All the electrical parts of the system shall be certified for explosion proof/flame proof service for Group II A & II B Gases. The complete system with accessories will be arranged by the Vendor including payment to the Inspection Agency . The inspection agency shall be appointed by the vendor . The gauges shall be certified by PDIL/EIL/ M/s Lloyds / M/s Bureau Veritas or any other TPI Agency as approved by IOCL and the charges for the same shall be borne by the Vendor. Vendor to arrange all the certificates from Third Party Inspection Agency and PESO certificate for offered gauge before installation of the instruments in the vessel. 1) ) Radar Gauge with Accessories ( Radar Gauge, PT, RTD, FLP JB's / Glands & Other Misc. Items as mentioned at s.no.1 and technical specification of tender)
