The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in specific types of work, such as bituminous road work, building construction, sewer and water supply, and other construction-related works. The bidder should have experience in only construction of road, building construction, drain, boundary wall, footpath, interlocking tiles, road resurfacing, central verge, C.C. road, box culvert related works. The experience required varies based on the nature of work, and the bidder should have successfully completed works during the last 5 years. The bidder should have completed works with a total value of: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, - Or two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, - Or one similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The average annual financial turnover on construction works should be at least 50% of the estimated cost during the last 3 consecutive financial years. The bidder should have experience in building/multistory building construction only, with specific requirements for similar works completed, including values and percentages such as 40%, 60%, or 80% of the estimated cost put to tender.
