The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last seven years. The requirements for prior work experience include: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the Tendered cost - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 60% of the Tendered cost - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the Tendered cost The bidder is also required to provide details of all works of a similar nature completed during the specified period in Form C, which includes the name of the owner, cost of the work, date of completion, and stipulated and actual values. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover (Gross) of 30% of the tendered cost on construction work of similar nature during the last three consecutive financial years. The bidder should possess a valid solvency certificate of an amount not less than 40% of the tendered cost. The bidder should have a positive profit after tax in more than two years during the last five years.
