The required prior work experience for the bidder is that they should have completed similar works during the last seven years ending on the previous day of the last date of submission of tenders. The bidder should have successfully completed similar works with specific requirements, including: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the tendered cost, - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 60% of the tendered cost, - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the tendered cost. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover (Gross) of at least 30% of the tendered cost on construction work of a similar nature during the last three consecutive financial years. Additionally, the bidder should not have incurred any loss and profit after tax should be positive in more than two years during the last five years. The bidder should have a solvency certificate of an amount not less than 40% of the tendered cost.
