The experience and qualifications required are as follows: - For work costing between 1000 to 2000 lakhs: - Project Manager with a degree in the corresponding discipline of Engineering: 1 year - Graduate Engineer: 1 year - Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer: 2 years - For work costing between 500 to 1000 lakhs: - Graduate Engineer: 1 year - Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer: 2 years - For work costing between 200 to 500 lakhs: - Graduate Engineer: 1 year - Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer: 1 year - For work costing between 75 to 200 lakhs: - Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer: 1 year The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last seven years, with the following requirements: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the tendered cost - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 60% of the tendered cost - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the tendered cost Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual financial turnover of 30% of the tendered cost during the last three consecutive financial years, and produce a solvency certificate of an amount not less than 40% of the tendered cost.
