The bidder should have successfully completed similar works during the last seven years, satisfying one of the following conditions: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the Tendered cost - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 60% of the Tendered cost - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the Tendered cost Additionally, the bidder should have experience in projects of similar nature and should have completed eligible similar nature works during the last Seven years. The details of these works should be provided in Form C, and a performance report of these works should be provided in Form D. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover (Gross) of at least 30% of the tendered cost on construction work of a similar nature during the last three consecutive financial years. A solvency certificate of an amount not less than 40% of the tendered cost is also required.
