W.T.P -Design (hydraulic and structural ), construction, (including topographical survey, geotechnical investigation and other Surveys as required) for specified capacity of WTP based on 20 Hrs. operation including inlet chamber, aeration fountain / cascade, inlet channels ,chemical building ,including mechanical/manual fine/coarse screens, flash mixer, mixing channel with Parshall flume and flow measuring arrangement, clariflocculator with conventional, filter house and filter plant including back wash tank and back wash pumps with 100% standby, chemical house, coagulant feed tank with feed mechanism, poly aluminium chloride (PAC) or other coagulant tank of specified capacity and nos. with mixing and dosing arrangement complete, vacuum feed gas chlorinator with 100% standby ,safety equipment’s & EOT crane, pressure and level transmitter for pumping plant, turbidity, TDS, PH Analyzer, chlorine analyzer, ROFT and LOHT for filter house, flow transmitter ultrasonic /electromagnetic at inlet and outlet and Filter backwash with entire piping system , sludge handling unit and recycling of collected water from sludge , etc. complete to achieve desired perameters of clear water as specified in tender document and in accordace letest C.P.H.E.E.O. Manual,/ltest guidline/ I.S. Codes/Govtt. Orders . All WTP scada Oprated external and internal electrification, laboratory building with all specified lab equipment, admin building,Sub station building (L.T./H.T. Room), Platform for Transformer,Meter Room ,chlorine Room,Staff Quarter (Type III-one Number), sanitary block with necessary water supply and drainage arrangement, campus roads (Interlocking Road/C.C.Road), landscaping( earth filling up to 115.00 level including levelling and dressing of Campus ) and other campus development works with rain water harvesting and garden, etc. all required works complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge in Pile Foundation .The WTP shall be fully automatic prefrably based on Rapid sand gravity filter or any proven technology suitable to treat Raw water from yamuna river throug out the year , PLC/SCADA with real time remote monitoring system and online contineuous effluent monitoring system including Soil testing, Design ,S/o all labour ,material T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per letest IS Codes ,manuals ,instruction of engineer in charge and tender document.

INTAKE WELL- Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. as required for Design and construction of Intake- well - cum - pump house of 9.0 m. internal dia. The intake well upto floor level shall be firmly based on suitable foundation made with well sinking tecgnology including construction of coffer dam and Annular raft/ well foundation , including construction of 1.20 m. wide R.C.C. balcony at plinth level, construction of Pump House made of brick masonry, duly embraced within R.C.C. column, and fitting of doors and windows, making opening arrangement at floor level of pump house (9.00 m. dia and 6 m. height)and construction of 1.20 m. wide R.C.C. balcony at Pump house floor level including S.S. Rolling Shutter, steel cage hinged with locking arrangement, duly supported on steel girder. Plateform for transformer ,meter room and Substation Building (HT pannel room,LT pannel room ) Ventilator arrangement along with fixing of required size dia. DID/F pipes and Sluice Valves - 3 No at inlet etc. as per site requirement or as per the design. The work also includes steel railing(grad 304 ) in three rows on both sides of pump house balcony and fixing of 0.5 m. wide M.S. ladder made of 50 x 50x 6mm. angle iron ladder from floor of pump house to floor of intake well, duly supported on R.C.C. landing at suitable interval. The ladder shall run spirally inside the intake well and each landing shall be supported on R.C.C. M.S. channel post, spaced not more than 1.5 m. interval including Construction of R.C.C. foundation block as required also include provision for dismantling and reinstatement of stone pitching, removal earth of Coffer dam to maintain flow through-out the year ,Approch road up to Approch bridge etc up to completion of work as per insrtuction of engineer in charge and tender document .

The floor of pump house & balcony shall be of Kota Stone etc. complete. Frames for doors / Shutter shall be made of 50x50x5 mm. M.S. angle iron and ionized and shall be partly panelled and glazed, made of suitable steel sections, conforming to relevant BIS. The work also includes painting of all concrete surfaces with three coats of approved paint and painting of pipes, doors, windows with anticorrosive paints including design of intake well, foot bridge, pump house etc. considering seismic and other forces as per relevant BIS requirements.
