Northern Railway Tender

The bidder must have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed during the last 07 years one similar single work for a minimum of 10% of the advertised value of the tender. The similar work is defined as "Design, supply, erection, testing & commissioning of 50 Hz, single phase 25 KV AC OHE or 2X25KV OHE work". The bidder must have completed one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In the case of tenders for composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. For non-lead members of a joint venture, each member must have technical capacity of a minimum of 10% of the cost of any component of work. The lead member or the joint venture should satisfy the technical eligibility criteria for the major component of the work. No specific amount is mentioned, but the work experience certificate should be from government organizations or public listed companies with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above.
