Northern Railway Tender

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any of the following during the last 07 years: - Three similar works costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. The similar nature of work is "Road work or LC gate road or paving work". The advertised value of the tender is Rs. 6,38,06,775.60. The values of similar works to be considered for this tender are: - Rs. 1,40,15,906.26 each, - Rs. 1,86,87,875.01 each, - Rs. 2,80,31,812.51 each. The percentages of the advertised value of the tender are: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender for three similar works, - 40% of the advertised value of the tender for two similar works, - 60% of the advertised value of the tender for one similar work. For subletting of work, the subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. Note that for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required.
