Withdrawal (Taken out) of sheet pile from earth by dry vibro hammer including all types of taxes, all activities of mobilization of equipment,manpower ,consumables 4 demoblization,cutting of sheet pile, all other auxiliary processes to facilitate sheet pile removing as per per the direction of engineer in charge. All material deposited in store or any other place as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including all lift, ascent, descent, or any other obstruction, crossing of lines etc. as a complete job.

Installation of sheet piles including all types of taxes,all activities of mobilization of 5 equipment, manpower ,consumables demoblization ,welding of sheet piles ,all other auxiliary processes to facilitate sheet pile,driving as per the direction of engineer in charge. Sheet pile driving length is 12m to 15m. Welding at site should be done by RDSO approved welders only.

Rebate for the sheet piles taken out after the completion of work during the traffic blocks and construction of necessary protection walls/box with all necessary vibro hammers and other 6 T &P required as a complete job. Note-1. Minimum 02 nos. Vibro hammers have to be deployed in order to be optimize the use of traffic-cum-power OHE shadow block. 2. Minimum permissible retention time for sheet pile at site shall be 4 months. 3. The released material would be property of the agency. 4. Refer relevant clause of special conditions related to site data and specifications before quoting the rates.

Rebate for dismantling of existing steel structure in trusses,column,purlin made of angle flats,tee,channel,steel roof /G.I sheet Height guage, or other steel structure etc.All dismantled 7 /released material will be the property of contractor .Removing debries and other unused released material after dismantling structure and its disposal out side Railway land as per direction of engineer in charge with all labour & material as a complete job. Note - This includes the cost of dismantling staking,loading,leading and weighing of material on Dhramkata.

Rebate for dismantling of building work(i.e. brick work / stone work in lime/ cement , RCC, Cement Concrete, slab, flooring, wall, foundation/ platform wall or any type of wall / drain upto 8 the required formation level) as per direction of engineer in charge including all tools, plants, ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment required for dismantling, all lead, lift, ascent, descent, handling, rehandling , safety precaution, crossing of track or any other obstructions and removing the dismantled material out of railway premises ( except the rails which will be the property of railway. )

Metal beam Crash Barrier - Double W Single side : - Providing and erecting W" metal beam 02 Nos barrier comprising of 2 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail on 1.50m high channel post (150x75x4mm) above ground level and 1.20m below ground level, spaced at 2m center to center, all steel parts, all fittings and fitments to be galvanized by hot dip process confirm to IS 4759, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post complete. Work will be carried out as per Railway approved drawing and as per specification and special condition of contract attached here 9 with. The post should be placed below G.L. by Driven mechanism or auger mechanism as directed Engineer in-charge as per site conditions. The concrete and shuttering as and when required will be paid under the relevant items. Note :- The item rate includes with materials, labours, lead, lift, loading, unloading, Tools and plants, all taxes, site cleaning, bush cutting, preparation of approach path, manual carting of materials due to unavoidable site requirement, etc with contractors own materials and labours necessary for doing all the work involved in constructing the metal beam railing barrier complete in place in all respects as per the Specifications. Work will be carried out as per direction and instruction of Engineer in charge of work/ Engineer representative. (No any extra payment shall be paid by Railway). "

"Supplying, providing, welding of Stud shear connecter (minimum yield stress of 385 N/mm2, a minimum tensile strength of 495 N/mm2 and a minimum elongation of 15 % prior to the cold formation of the head) by stud arc welding method with flange of steel girder as per designed 11 parameters. The studs and the surface to which the studs are welded shall be free from scale and rust, metal spray, grease, oil, paint or other material which would affect the quality of the weld.Stud shear connectors shall conform to property class SD1 of BS EN ISO 13918:2008 and shall be subjected to the Ring test & Bend test as per EN 5400-6.Rate include transporting the material at all height including fixtures, back up supports, accessories, including loading, unloading, lift and taxes complete. Trained personnel shall carryout the welding of Stud shear connector. Guide lines as per IRS B-1 (latest version) BS EN ISO 13918:2008 & BS-5400 to be followed. Summary of BS EN ISO 13918:2008 provisions have been enclosed as special specifications.
