Northern Railway Tender

The bidder is required to have completed works of similar nature with prescribed value or more in the last 07 years. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Additionally, if the contractor intends to subcontract part of the work, the subcontractor shall have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract in the last 5 years, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience is required. The total value of work to be assigned to the subcontractor(s) shall not be more than 50% of the total contract value.
