The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in Eligible Projects, with specific requirements for different categories. For Categories 1 and 2, the bidder should have undertaken the construction of the project for an amount equal to at least one half of the Project Cost, with a minimum 26% equity holding in the project company, and the capital cost of the project should be more than 5% of the Estimated Project Cost. For Categories 3 and 4, the bidder should have received payments from clients for construction works executed, with a minimum amount of Rs. 11.25 Crore, and the experience should be for the last 5 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date. The value and percentage of similar works completed include: - A minimum payment of Rs. 11.25 Crore for construction works executed - A minimum equity holding of 26% in the project company - A minimum capital cost of the project of 5% of the Estimated Project Cost - A minimum construction amount of 50% of the Project Cost Additionally, the bidder should have received payments for construction of Eligible Project(s) or has undertaken construction works by itself in a PPP project, such that the sum total thereof is more than Rs 224.95 crore. At least one similar work of 20% of Estimated Project Cost, which is Rs. 44.99 Crore, shall have been completed from the Eligible Projects. The bidder should also provide year-wise details of the construction works executed by them, including the value of the work done, and the anticipated value of work to be completed in the period of construction of the project for which the bid is invited. The total payments received and/or revenues appropriated for self-construction for each Eligible Project are to be stated, with a break-up for the past 5 financial years. The bidder needs to provide information on the maximum value of projects undertaken during the last 5 years, along with the value excluding the amount of bonus, and the amount of bonus received, if any, in EPC Projects during the last 5 years.
