The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works completed with costing not less than 2.6 Crores each, - OR Two similar works completed with costing not less than 3.25 crores each, - OR One similar work completed with costing not less than 5.20 Cr. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed two similar works, each of value not less than 6.50 crores, or one similar work of value not less than 13.00 crores. The bidder should also have completed two similar works, each of value not less than 3.25 crores, and the aggregate value of these two works should be at least 6.50 crores. The value of previously completed works shall be enhanced by 5% per year to bring them at par with their present cost. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The average annual turnover for three consecutive years should be at least Rs 2.00 crore. The bidder should have a solvency certificate for Rs 2.00 Cr or be financially sound for engagement up to Rs 7.50 crore, and a working capital certificate issued by a scheduled bank of Rs 30.00 lakhs.
