Sch A Part XI (Lift and Miscellaneous Items of B/R and E/M)

Excavation in hard standing for crossing the road as per the authorized width for taking out/laying/cleaning/repairing of CI/GI pipe lines all as directed including making good the road cut to match with the existing surface either with bituminous macadam or with PCC 1:2:4, type B-2(using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of ductile iron pressure pipe with socket & spigot ends having ISI stamping marking confirming to IS: 8329/2000 in standard length of 5.50-6.00 meter of classification K-7 including rubber tyton jointing material suitable for push on rubber tyton (gasket D-jointing) with cement mortar lining in the pipes having 150 mm bore, including aligning the pipes inside trench as per IS: 12288/1987 and testing the joints with required water pressure complete all as specified & directed. Notes:- (i) Excavation earth works shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Joints CI/DI specials shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) Joints Material rubber tyton joint and Lead joint etc included in the quoted rate.

M&L for upto 150 mm bore ductile iron (DI) fittings such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type,(straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces single branch, “Y” junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, flanged spigot,caps and plugs complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old broken / damaged valve pit chamber and construct valve pit chamber of size 1050mm x 1050 mm x 1050 mm (internal dimention) complete including excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, brick work in cement mortar 1:6, plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (internally) and including 3mm thick mild steel sheet cover and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting the electrical supply of LT panel ,dismantling and shifting of LT panel of any size by taking out from PCC foundation complete and shifting to other location as per direction fixing the panel in true vertical position including excavation and earth work, PCC 1:3:6 type C1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: 1. Necessary electric shutdown to the panel will be given before the work.

Supply , installations , testing & commissioning in replacement of 11 KV of rating 630 Amp RMU unit outdoor type (IP-54) protection duly painted(Paint shade in painted Alu Zn/RAL 7032 on sheet steel for door and covers), VCB type I RMU( RING Main unit) Four way comprising of Three numbers insulated load break switch as outgoing and one number Vacuum Circuit Breaker as incoming inside . RMU should be provided with Copper Bus bar , one number fault passage indicator with each incoming and outgoing mechanism for interlocking arrangements for powered relay complete with all accessories as under.(a) RMU type installation Outdoor Extensible type, arc proof as per IEC : 62271-200 for design Manufacturing and testing . Supply, installation, commissioning and testing LT panel board, conforming to CPRI Specifications, 415V, 50 Hz, AC supply , three phase and neutral, outdoor (Kiosk) type with apron, of suitable size, factory made, fabricated with 3.15mm thick mild steel sheet (Outer Body), ISMC-75 base channels, duly powder caoted internally and externally painted with seven tank process with approved shade, rubber gasketted, hinged fornt and back openable doors with proper locking arragnement for dust and vermin proof, internal wiring with suitable size of PVC FRLS copper conductor cable complete including suitable size lugs, glands etc. incl one no. brass pad lock, 50mm size, 4 levers and making connections, incl earth work and PCC foundation complete comprising of the followings and specified: - (i) Aluminium bus bar 1.4 time of current rating incoming capacity comprising of 4 Aluminium strips of appropriate size provided with heat shrinkable sleeve not less than one mm thick and epoxy insulators 1100 volts rating 8 nos. Supply and fixing factory made epoxy powder coated distribution board MCB DB VTPN 8 way double door 430 volt, IP-43, suitable for 63 Amps TPN including 200 Amps copper bus bar ,neutral bar complete fixed properly and to connect their incoming/outgoing electric connections by means of suitable size of lugs/thimbles and to provide required sizes of flexible conduit at any open surfaces near DB's of cables/wires complete all as specified and directed.

Sch A Part XII (Manning and operation of lifts during Defect Liability period of two years and three years after defect liability period)

Manning and operation of both the lifts installed here in before for two years during defect liability period and three years after defect liability period by employing one semiskilled category industrial person in each lift wearing uniform in one shift per day of 08 hrs including Sunday and holiday complete all as specified and directed for following time period:-

Sch A Part XIII (Annual Maintenance of lifts after defect liability period)

M&L for annual maintenance of both the Lifts by performing all fortnightly, monthly, bi-monthly, half yearly and yearly checks and tests and service as per specified intervals including all repair and replacement of unserviceable spare parts for making the Lifts serviceable after the completion of defects liability period (DLP) through OEM complete all as specified and directed for the followings time period:-

For first year after Defect liability period.

For second year after Defect liability period.

For third year after Defect liability period.

Note for item No. 13.01 to 13.04:- (a) The contractor shall enter into MoU with the OEMs for the provision of the lift and further maintenance. The MoU for the post warranty/post defect liability period between the contractor and OEM shall be submitted by the contractor. (b) The rates quoted is inclusive of all consumable and minor parts but excluding of spare parts as listed in PC Sum (Schedule A Part-XIV). If there is any requirement of major spare parts, same will be measured and paid seperately under PC Sum Schedule.

Sch A Part XIV (PRIME COST SUM)

Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for Prime Cost Sum as listed in as listed in Sch ‘A’ Part XIV. Note :- The amount to be quoted by the Tenderer in BOQ against the inserted price by the department shall be restricted to Maximum 15% over and above the prime cost sum, accordingly the tenderer shall quote the amount.
