S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over as in strengthening bars for bending cranking spirall for hooking for chain link, hooking end and welding with flats of chain link fencing Fe 410W (Gde E-250 ) quality -A or FE-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified .

M&L for preparation of new iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr depth for pole / cable / foundation etc including getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, approved earth including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 Cm thick after cable are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material / surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtrs & deposited where directed at a level not exc.1.5 mtr above the ground level complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for fine and clean sand (river sand) free from sharp materials in trenches for cushioning of cable 8 cm thick under cable and 15 cm thick over the cable including gently punning complete all as specified and directed by Engr–in– Charge. Note:- The total thickness of sand shall be measured 18 cm after punning.

Supplying and laying Precast concrete cable cover class LV type -I flat size 250x150x40 mm laid parpendicular to the axis of cable in trenches etc complete as directed.

Supplying and laying Precast concrete cable cover class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mmx l80mm x 40mm laid parpendicular to the axis of cable in trenches etc complete as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping for poles including providing necessary work all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete including form work for poles/ mass concrete at substations all as specified .

Supply,laying and testing in repair/replacement of cable XLPE insulated,screened,PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 V grade with multi stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sqmm 3.5 core as per IS 7092 Pt-I including suitable size aluminium lugs/thimble complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply,laying and testing in repair/replacement of cable XLPE insulated,screened,PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 V grade with multi stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 04 core as per IS 7092 Pt-I complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply,laying and testing in replacement of cable XLPE insulated,screened,PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 V grade with multi stranded aluminium conductor of size 150 sqmm 3.5 core as per IS 7092 Pt-I including suitable size aluminium lugs/thimble complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, Laying, testing and commissioning in replacement of UNSV XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed (heavy duty) armoured shielded cable of size 95 sqmm 3 core with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto 11KV (Earthed) ,conforming to IS 7098 Part-II amended upto date complete laid in trenches/fixed on pole/wall / passed through pipe including making necessary connection with VCB/OCB/ 4 pole/2 pole structure etc including suitable size aluminium lugs/thimble complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600X600X6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr below the ground level connected to galvanised iron strip of 32 x 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel ,surrounded by charcoal of coke and salt, protected by GI pipe 40 mm bore (light grade), water pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade with funnel and wire mesh,and making chamber of PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate and coping shall be in PCC(1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, 50 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 80 mm c/c boath ways including excavation and earth work and removal of surplus soil to distance n exc 50 m complete all shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part- 2010 complete all as specified and directed. M&L for earthing complete including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of MES SSR Part-1 connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanised iron 40 mm dia. light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm ore medium grade PCC pit with pre cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt funnel etc. complete all as directed. Note : The conctrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C1, 40 mm thick PCC slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm TMT bars on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No.5 of MES SSR Part-1 (ii) PCC pits shall be provided atleast 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbows etc shall be deemed to included in the quoted rate.

Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole (type-410 SP-55) 11 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole including 2 coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint incl taking down complete all as specified an directed. Supply and fixing in replacement high tension 11KV Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, 30 kilo amp discharge capacity, distribution class including taking down existing old u/s lightning arrester complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complte all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and as directed.
