S&F in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamaled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in post office red colour duly painted and written with enamelled paint fixed with and including MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT, 20x15 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of LED street light/flood light of capacity 45 watt to 110 watts including replacement of unserviceble/burnt drivers,AC/DC converters of suitable capacity, power protector, rectifier, mosfet, condenser, transformers, diods, capacitors, LED bulbs ,resistors,relays, connectors, soldering of connections as per requirement, replacement of connecting cables,replacement of control chips complete including testing and commissioning including dismantling from existing pole and refixing the same place . The rate includes the rate of spares/tools required for repair of lights, replacement of twisted cables of 3 core for connection of lights with supply etc.

Supply, erection and connection new Pre- streessed concrete poles 102 mm x 172 mm at top and 102 mm x 279 mm at bottom 9.0 mtrs long including making alternate white and black strips 30 cms height (05 Nos strips) numbering the poles by 2" height letters complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth for pole / cable / foundation etc including getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtrs wide and exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipe/ cables/ poles etc and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, approved earth including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick after cable are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material / surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 mtrs & deposited where directed at a level not exc.1.5 mtr above the ground level complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for PCC cable cover class LV type 1 flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm, ISI marked across the cable for protection of cable after sand cushioning complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying dry river sand for cable cushioning in trenches to required width at bottom and top of cable incl spreading, levelling, watering and consiolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete for poles all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete including form work for poles all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping etc including form work for poles all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for painting of steel tubuler 11/9 mtr poles any type complete incl flat iron clamps, D clamps, Stay clamps, earth wire clamps, bracing, cross arm with two coat aluminium paint including prepration old painted surface marking with alternate white and red strips 30 cm height 5 Nos strips with two coat of synthetic enamel paint andalso including numbering of poles with white paint are located on different locations in HT over head lines complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for painting of steel cross arm, bracing supports of 11/9 mtr PCC poles any type incl flat iron clamps, D clamps, stay clamps, earth wire clamps, bracing, cross arm with two coat aluminium paint incl prepration old painted surface marking with alternator white and red strips 30 cm height 5 Nos strips with two coat of synthetic enamel paint, numbering of poles on HT overhead line complete all as specified and directed.

S&f outdoor type bus bar box of size 60cm x 45 cm x60cm having 04 Nos aluminum bus bar of capacity 125 Amp fixed on porcelein insulators separately ,MS cubical LT panel, fabricated with 3.0 mm thick MS sheet for outer and 1.6 mm thick for inner shell & zinc metal powder coated paint over a coat of primer red oxide and reqd capacity of aluminium bus bar channel insulated with heat shrinkable sleaves and mounted on epoxy insulator of reqd size in conical type, double door be provided with proper hinged incl locking arrangements, provn of suitable cable ducts at bottom with adequate size of copper lugs be properly bunched. The cubical panel be fixed with angle iron frame with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 foundation of reqd size.

M&L for replacement of aluminum bas bar as per sample at LT panel at various locations including taking down of the exisiting u/s bus bar after diamantling of connections and replacing new bus bar,testing and commissioning of the panel. The capacity of the bus bar must be 1.5 times capacity of incoming MCCB/capacity as per installed at site, aluminium busbar chanel insulated with colour coated heat shrinkable sleaves and mounted on DMC/Epoxy insulator .The rate includes rate for necessary frame work in bus bar, rate of insulators, nut bolts,connecting copper lugs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete (normal mix) type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) for duct slab for cover of ducting including demolition of old damaged duct cover all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L reinforcement 6 mm and over using TMT bars cut to length bent to shape as required including cranking bending spirally for hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securig with clips etc complete all as specified and directed.
