The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the successful completion of construction of any or a combination of Buildings / Roads / Driveway / Boundary Wall / Steel Structure / Retaining wall / Petroleum or Gas Installations / Retail outlets. The value of completed work for evaluation shall be considered as under: a) Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 77.97 Lakhs. b) Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 103.95 Lakhs. c) One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 129.94 Lakhs. The estimated cost of the similar work should be not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 129.94 Lakhs. The bidder should have completed similar work(s) with a value of not less than Rs. 103.95 Lakhs. In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder should have completed a similar work with a value of at least 50% of the estimated cost, which translates to Rs. 64.97 Lakhs (50% of Rs. 129.94 Lakhs). The required prior work experience for the bidder is specified as "Similar Work: Work completed by the bidder, as main contractor, or as sub-contractor, during last seven years ending last day of month previous to the original end date of bid submission." The bidder can use previous experience of the business vertical which has been taken over by the bidder, but experience of works executed as part of JVs/Consortiums/MoU Parties shall not be accepted. The bidder should submit valid proof for meeting the criteria, such as copies of contract documents, completion certificates, and certificates from CA certifying the value of work done. The executed value of completed work submitted by the bidder shall be considered during evaluation for experience criteria. The percentages mentioned are 30%, 40%, and 50% of the estimated cost. The amounts mentioned are Rs. 77.97 Lakhs, Rs. 103.95 Lakhs, and Rs. 129.94 Lakhs, and Rs. 64.97 Lakhs.
