The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - One similar work of value not less than Rs. 101.53 Lakh including GST during the last 7 years. - Alternatively, two similar works of value not less than Rs. 81.22 Lakh including GST during the last 7 years. - Alternatively, three similar works of value not less than Rs. 60.92 Lakh including GST during the last 7 years. For specific works, the bidder should have experience in: - Laying/installation and testing of buried cross-country hydrocarbon steel pipeline of specified diameter and length, with a minimum of 2.4 km of 8.625” OD or higher diameter pipeline out of which minimum 2.4 km in a single stretch in one single contract executed during the last 7 years. - Alternatively, three similar executed/completed works, each costing not less than Rs. 444.51 Lakh, involving "Hydrocarbon based cross-country steel pipeline laying work.” The value of similar works completed is mentioned as: - Rs. 101.53 Lakh - Rs. 81.22 Lakh - Rs. 60.92 Lakh - Rs. 444.51 Lakh for each of the three works The percentage of similar works completed is mentioned as: - 2.5% of the Nominal Contract Value for ISD - 10% of the nominal contract value for SD - 100% of pipeline length for DCVG and CIPL surveys Additionally, the bidder should have carried out the installation, testing, and commissioning of HT equipment during the last seven years, and have experience in handling electronic instrumentation, UPS, OFC cables, and inspection of goods. The bidder should also have independent installation and commissioning experience or should have supervised at least 2 similar jobs during the last five years.
