Providing, Operating and Maintaining in good condition, One no. commercially registered, Four wheel drive diesel UV (Utility vehicle of Make/model: Mahindra Scorpio S5 or equivalent or superior make / model not earlier than July 2021, with closed doors and hard top having minimum registered capacity of 7 persons with good cushioned seats covered with neat white cloth covers , hand holds, Stereo, fan, floor mats, Car Freshener, Fire Extinguisher, Mobile Charger (multi pin), store and display, First Aid box, cleaned Water camper (min. 10 liters),temperature has to be maintained at 25 deg Celcius,other required fittings for comfortable travelling inclusive of all taxes, cost of fuel, wages, taxi permits, state entry taxes for U.P and Haryana, cost of white uniform, cost of communication, Maintenance of vehicle etc. complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge /Officer-in-charge of the Corporation and as per daily schedule (to be provided). The car must have valid Taxi permit, road permit and commercial registration for plying in the states of U.P and Haryana. Fixed Charges, all inclusive for aggregate minimum run of 3000 KM (Three Thousand Kilometres) per month for one vehicle, 7 days a week and 24 hours duty per day. NB: contractor will have to pay minimum wages to the drivers as per wage notification issue by GOI, and no. of drivers to be deploy to meet the duty hours as per government rules accordingly.
