The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed works during the last 7 years. Specific requirements for similar completed works include: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, - Two similar completed works costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, - One similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than 80% of the estimated project cost put to tender. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of experience is required for water proofing & Anti termite works. The bidder should submit an attested copy of experience certificate with details such as total number of certificates attached, name of work, amount of work done till date, actual date of completion, or proposed date of completion if the work is in progress. The bidder's experience certificate should clearly mention the amount of work done against the agreement if the certificate is for an ongoing work. The bidder's financial position and their ability to execute works in accordance with specifications and within the specified time schedule are also considered important.
