The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of having successfully completed works during the last 7 years ending last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited with Govt./Semi Govt./PSU only. The bidder should have completed similar works with specific cost requirements, including: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, - Or two similar completed works costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, - Or one similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than 80% of the Estimated Project cost put to tender. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum of five years of experience in water proofing and anti-termite works, and should submit an experience certificate with details of the work done. The experience certificate should be from the Engineer-in-Charge of the work, not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent rank officers.
