The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of having successfully completed works during the last 7 years. The options for similar completed works are: * Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender * Two similar completed works costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender * One similar completed work of aggregate cost not less than 80% of the estimated project cost put to tender A minimum of five years of experience is required for water proofing and Anti termite works. The details of experience include the total number of certificates attached, name of work, Amount of work done till date, actual date of completion or if work is in progress the proposed date of completion. The bidder's experience is considered with Govt./Semi Govt./PSU only, ending last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited.
