The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works with a value of at least 40% or 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least three similar works of value equal to 40% of the estimated cost of the project, and also have at least one similar work of value equal to the required value of the work, completed in the last five years. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover in any one year, of at least the amount equal to the estimated cost of works for which the bid has been invited, with the turnover indexed at the rate of 8 percent per year. The bidder should also demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts.
