The bidder should have at least three similar works of value 40% of the estimated cost of the project. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor at least three similar works, with a value of at least 80% of the estimated cost of the work for which the bid is invited. The bidder should also have completed similar work of value 80% of the estimated cost of the project. Furthermore, the bidder should have at least one similar work of value equal to the required value of the work, completed as a prime contractor, in the last five years. The bidder should have experience in similar works, with details of works in progress for each of the last five years, and should have completed works aggregating to a certain value, with a percentage of the contract price. The bidder must also provide evidence of having completed similar works, with a minimum value and percentage as specified, and should have a minimum cash investment of up to a certain percentage of the contract price during the implementation of the works. The minimum financial turnover required is at least the amount equal to the estimated cost of works for which the bid has been invited, with the turnover indexed at the rate of 8 percent per year.
