The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works with a value of at least 40% or 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least three similar works of value equal to 40% of the estimated cost of the project. Additionally, the bidder should have at least one similar work of value equal to the required value of the work, completed in the last five years. The bidder should also have experience in similar works, with a total value and size for each of the last five years. The percentage of similar works completed is 40% or 80% of the estimated cost of the project. The amount of the estimated cost of the works is used as a reference for the required prior work experience. The bidder's available bid capacity for construction work should be equal to or more than the total bid value, and should be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the price level of the last year at the rate of 8 percent per year. The bidder should also have a minimum financial turnover of at least the amount equal to the estimated cost of works for which the bid has been invited, with the turnover indexed at the rate of 8 percent per year. The bidder should demonstrate having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts. The bidder should provide information regarding any subcontracting of components of the works for construction, upgradation, aggregating not more than 25 percent of the contract price. The bidder should also submit a scanned copy of an undertaking that they will be able to invest a minimum of cash, up to 10 percent of the contract price, during the implementation of the works.
